Makaelynn's Belly Button

I have gotten a lot of questions about what her incision looks like, they were just able to put it all back in through where her belly button should have been and they just had to make a new belly button after the surgery so her is a few pics of what it looks like now.

I just wanted to give a shout out to my little man who has been so great the last month and a half. He is such a great little boy and I do not know what my life would be like without him! (He was a little grumpy when i took these pictures though because he wanted to go outside and help dad with the food on the grill!)

So Dale has been the best big brother always concerned about Makaelynn especially when she cries it is so dang cute! So I took a few pics of him holding her because he is always wanting to! I do have to watch him close though because when he is done holding her he tries to push her off!

Makaelynn 1 Month Old!

Our Little Makaelynn is already 1 month old I can hardly even believe it! She shouldn't even be born yet! Now she weighs 5 lbs 4.5 ozs. She is getting quite the personality. I just wish she would get her night and days figured out!

I was so tired!

I had to post this picture John might kill me for it but I thought it was hilarious! Dale wanted to pump like mommy and I laughed so hard!

Makaelynn hated the lights and her goggles (we kept them just in case she gets out of line!! JK!)

Makaelynn came home on Sunday, a long awaited reunion! She was at Primary's for 15 days, she was in the NICU for 6 days and in the Infant Unit for 9. She was the smallest baby the Infant Unit has seen in a long time. The nurses just ate her up! I took her to the Dr's on Monday and she is now 4 lbs 10 oz so she is gaining well. I wanted to post some pics of our little adventure! We are so grateful for all the thoughts and prayers from all our friends and family!
